How Do Updates Work With Abacus?

What are your monthly fees?
Who needs monthly fees? We’ve eliminated the costs associated with monthly fees so our clients can get the best possible value for their budget. We charge our clients by the actual time it takes to get the work done, which means we give you a quote for a dollar-per-hour rate and then charge you for the exact amount of minutes we spend getting the job done. At the end of the month, you’ll receive a detailed time sheet with your invoice to show you exactly how your money was spent. Help! Our website looks awful on mobile. What can we do?
Of course. It’s essential that your website is intuitive and mobile-responsive, so we’ll find a solution to update your business website and ensure that it looks awesome on any device. We’ll have a solution ready to put in place regardless of whether you’re with WordPress or an alternative system.
What if I just have a tiny update to deal with?
We love to tackle any project, regardless of its size. If you just need to install a new feature on your website but want a professional to take charge so you know it’ll work perfectly, we’re here to help. I’m pretty far away. Do you only work with local clients?
We do have a strong loyal base of clients in our local area around Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch, but we are by no means limited to this region. We have clients across the United States and in the United Kingdom, and can support your business wherever you are in the world.
Can you update the design of my current website?
Definitely. The process we’ll choose will depend on the project in question, but we can take your existing website and simply freshen up the design or the content, or we can build you an entirely new website and start from scratch. You can work with us throughout the free consultation process to decide which approach works best for your business and your budget.
What if I want to update my website myself?
You’re certainly welcome to give it a shot. Some websites that have been built on a Content Management System (like WordPress) are fairly customizable and easy to update even for those with minimal experience in the field. If you’re unsure how to begin, Abacus can provide support to help you work out how to tackle the project on your own and offer technical advice if necessary.
