I recently hired Abacus Web Services to give my law firm’s website a complete facelift. After 15+ years of success with my website, I was hesitant to redesign it for fear of losing my SEO rankings. On the day after Christmas, a Sunday, in 2021, my email stopped working early in the morning. I called the company hosting my email and after two calls was told I had a problem with the company hosting my domain. Around 3 pm on Sunday December 26, I called David with the expectation he would respond sometime the next day. Surprise, surprise, he answered the phone. I told him the problem. He contacted my email provider and then the hosting company found out the problem. He was going out to dinner. When he returned, he contacted the hosting company and was able to have them provide the fix needed to get my email going. Long story but it shows David’s dedication to service clients and his ability to solve their problems. I was at a loss, and he came to the rescue. I will be a loyal David Grace client.
