We offer web site maintenance and updates on a pay-as-you-go basis. This
means you only pay us when we work for you. Keeping you web site up-to-date
is just as important as building it in the first place. Web site updates
form an important part of our business both for sites we built and for
web sites we take on.
Updates may range from something as simple as changing
out a phone number on the home page to adding major new features site wide.
Whatever your needs we have the technical and business experience to keep
your web site as up to date.
Q. What are your monthly fees?
A. We do not have monthly fees. As a client, you pay only for the time we
actually spend on your web site, which is based on current $ rate per hour
and calculated to the minute, not rounded up. For example, if we spend 10
minutes on the phone discussing your site, and we spend another 20 minutes
doing any updates or changes to your web site, the total time spent on your
site is 30 minutes. We will then invoice you at the end of the month for the
30 minutes and include a time sheet with the invoice showing how the time
was spent.
Q. Will you only work with local
clients?
A. No. While we do have a strong local base of clients in the Sarasota and
Bradenton areas we are happy to work with clients across the US. Before we
take on any site we will, at our expense, review it to confirm that we can
support the feature set.
Q. Can you update the design of our web site?
A. Yes. Depending on the design and the content we can either up date
the existing site or look to put in a whole new design. Sometimes re-working
an existing site can be more cost prohibitive than building a new one. We
will work with you to define which is the most effective option for your
business.
Q. Can we update our own web site?
A. Yes. We can consult over the best solution for your business and
help you with the initial set up.
